We hope that you love all your purchases from French 75 Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. Any item purchased with a discount code of any kind is consider a ‘final sale’ item and will not be eligible for return.

Other items that are Final Sale include accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear.

If you attempt to return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, your return will NOT be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you or your return will be DISCARDED.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. All original tags must still be attached.

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receipt of your order. Please email us at french75boutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
